Kim Marsh of Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage
has been trained and is certified to perform the "Muscle
Release Technique"™ (MRT™).
Is
"Muscle Release Technique" (MRT) for you?
Do
you have any of the following? Tendonitis, Carpal tunnel syndrome,
Fibromyalgia, Tennis elbow, Chronic low back pain, Knee pain, Golfers
elbow, Thoracic outlet syndrome, Hammer toes, Shin splints, Muscle
injuries (old or new), or Whiplash?
If
you are suffering from any of the problems listed above and you
have gotten no relief from your doctor or their prescriptions, then
"Muscle Release Technique" (MRT) may be the answer to
your recovery from pain. This form of massage uses a very basic
technique to address your pain. It is called Active Isolated Stretching
along with some added pressure on a specific muscle from the massage
therapist. The use of a soft rope is also used with some of the
stretching. This type of massage gives you a foundation of instruction
on breathing, stretching and home exercises to help you regain your
full range of motion and mobility. The results gained from this
type of massage vary with each individual. If you are willing to
do some basic breathing and stretching exercising between your scheduled
massages, you will see much faster results than if you go to your
massage therapist for treatment alone. YOU control the speediness
of your recovery.
